driving licence

Can anyone tell me , is there a way to obtain a chinese drivers licence that doesnt involve to much complication and completion of tests. My Australian licence expired 2 years ago and i do not have it anymore. I just need a quick simple way to obtain a licence. Money isnt an issue, I would just like to find an easy way... If that is possible in China...

From the research ive been doing these licences are legit. They are able to be verified at any police station and enable you to drive in China anywhere. You can for 9500 go to kaikou ands get one in one day, however Tina Hong has now said she ccan arrange one thru GZ but it takes 30 days. Hopefully its less expensive. 1600 aud for a licence is quite heavy... Clint
